Losing my mum was devastating. Not knowing the cause of her sickness and not having a treatment was a nightmare. Suddenly she could no longer stand up, hold a glass, hold her head, speak or breath. She was trapped in her body. She could see, hear, understand everything. She died 3 months after being diagnosed with ALS.
I'm doing 30 days without alcohol in January, to raise awareness and fonds for the research and treatment of ALS and your support will make the difference.
